kindly follow these two STEPS to register and to book your meals & bedroom at Monte Verità Centre
Step 1 - registration and payment of the conference registration fee

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: all payments must be made by credit card.
STEP 1 - Registration and payment of the registration fee
Fill out and submit the registration form.
This site will take you through the registration process. There is no “invited speaker code”, so please just click “next”.
Please note:
1) you MUST enter the arrival date (September 15) and the departure date (September 20). Do not enter other dates, even if you have to leave a day earlier (which we would very much regret);
2) please enter the correct amount for the registration fee (CHF 300).
Once you have successfully paid the registration fee, you will see the message:
“Go to the Monte Verità shop” for meals and accommodation. Please note the conference code: 304968. By clicking on the link, you will be able to enter the conference code and continue.
STEP 2 - Booking and payment of meals & bedroom
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Please note (again) that it is necessary to book for the entire period of the conference even if you have to leave a day earlier.
The webpage is set up so that you will see a first page with the meals (all meals are included in the registration and accommodation package, and all meals - except for the conference dinner on Wednesday - will be at the Restaurant Monte Verità), and then for the accommodation.
Bedrooms – PLEASE NOTE
The number of single rooms is limited and some have a shared bathroom.
If you wish to share a twin room with a colleague, please mention both names at the time of booking.
If you wish to book a shared double room with an accompanying person (not active participant), please mention both names at the time of booking (please be aware that accompanying persons pay the standard room price and are not entitled to the CHF 28.- additional price reduction per person and night granted by CSF/ETHZ to active participants).
The rooms on this platform can be booked only for the duration of the conference. If you wish to book a pre- and/or a post-night, please contact the Hotel Reception Monte Verità (info@monteverita.org).
